Who "they" are - What "they" do

Running a Club the size of The ARC requires skills and attributes from the yearly elected executive committee.

In today's environment of due processes and compliances, the need now for an Administrator for the day to day running of The Club is now imperative.

Maintenance of our website, database of membership, boat booking logs, regatta entries, organsing transportation, filing applications for grants, newsletters, safety logs, incidence reporting are some of the tasks which has to be done by someone, sometimes referred to by members as "they" - meaning "why don't they do..."

That 'they' is one of our administrators and the need of a professional to carry out some of these many tasks is so vital for the seamless running of our Club.
