Alistair Dryden
Organised planning and design for rebuild and assisted with fund raising.
Trustee for ARC Building Trust for 15 Years. Major organiser, benefactor and helper of The Club.
Has been an active member of The Club from 1960 and won NZ Premier IV 4x and Premier Vlll 2x.
Stroke of ARC lV winning Prince Phillip Cup Royal Henley Regatta. Rowed at Empire Games Perth and Olympic Games Tokyo and Mexico.
Club Captain for 10 years,Life Member. Promoter and donor to Clubs original shift from Okahu Bay to Tamaki River and again with the rebuild of 2002

Roy Shepherd
Upon establishment of the ARC Building Fund Trust held office as Secretary Treasurer from 2008-09 until winding up of the Trust in 2021. Received donations and paid contractors during rebuild.
Joined the Club in 1968, & became Hon. Treasurer position from Craig Ashby in 1969-70 and held that office for 38 years until 2007-08.
Elected Life Member in 1978 Rowing career - competed in Senior, Lightweight and Masters rowing and sculling events - MPLW4+ - 2nd 1977 NZ Champs - MPLW8 - 3rd 1978 NZ Champs - M Int Quad - 1st NZ Champs 1984 - Australian Masters Singles - 1st - Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra 1988 -
Green Coat - Coached MP2x and MPLW1x - 1992-93

Craig Ashby
Raised donations for the rebuild of the club house by creating an Honours Board and was instrumental in assisting with other donors.
With the help of Peter Masfen assisted King's College in selling their old club house on the Tamaki and moving in with the ARC.
Chairman of the ARC Building Trust for 15 years.
Has been a member of the club for 57 years who Rowed in fours and eights in the mid to late sixties . NZ Junior eight champions in 1968 (This crew held the record for the fastest time over a 2000m course for some 20 years) Honorary Treasurer in the 60s and handed over the role to Roy Shepherd. Came back to NZ in the 80's and became involved with King's College rowing, and joined the masters rowing at the ARC. Was a member of the Club committee for a number of years.

Peter Jansen
Life Member of The Auckland Rowing Club (ARC) and previously a Trustee of the Auckland Rowing Club Charitable Trust.
Co-ordinated Charitable Trusts monies for building re-build.
Started in 1974 as a Novice rowing for the ARC – Novice 4+
6 New Zealand ChampionshipTitles in Double and Quad sculls. Represented New Zealand from 1978 to 1981 in 2x, 4x & 8+. Silver world championship medal in the 8+ in 1979, Bled Yugoslavia. Competed in world masters games and rowing championships from 1994 to 2002. Achieved a silver in the U50 men’s 1x, 2x, 4x- and mixed 4x- at Melbourne world Champs 2002. Bronze for New Zealand in the Crash B Sprint Erg Boston.
